AB Energibevakning is a professional in technical property management and is now looking for an experienced property caretaker. You will work together with a supervisor to manage several of our maintenance objects, mostly housing cooperatives.

Job Responsibilities:

The position will consist of regular property caretaker work.

Inspection of properties, changing light bulbs, and reading substation meters.

You are familiar with the various parts and components of a district heating system. You can independently plan and carry out repairs for tenants or housing cooperative members. Repacking of faucets. Unclogging drains. Other common tasks that a property caretaker may encounter.

Workplace:

The work will be carried out at our customers' addresses throughout the Stockholm area. Initially, the work will be based in Fruängen.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has worked as a property caretaker for a while and has a good understanding of various problems and common tasks. You understand the difference between housing cooperative members and tenants. You should have a broad general technical competence.

Personal suitability is very decisive, not just documented background. A valid driver's license (B) is required, as well as proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
